Shipping Policy

Shipping Timeline:

Orders of notecards, tea towels, and matted prints typically ship via USPS Priority within 48 business hours of order placement.

Orders that include framed prints may take longer, depending on whether the frame is already in stock or needs to be made. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for the shipment of framed prints, which typically ship from Dard Hunter Studios in Ohio via FedEx Ground.

We will email you if there are any delays longer than this in the shipment of your order.

Expedited Shipping:

Need your order quickly? Please let us know, and we will be happy to try to accommodate your timeline! Expedited shipping may incur an additional cost, but we can work with you on a case-by-case basis.

We take pride in carefully packaging your orders, but unfortunately, damage can occasionally occur during shipment despite our precautions. If this happens, please email us immediately with photos of the damage. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible. Please keep all packaging, as we may ask you to return the damaged items.
