For the year 2027, discover the poetry and whimsy of the animal kingdom with our “Animal Almanac” desktop calendar.
Each month features a different group of animals and its wonderfully evocative collective noun—from a clowder of cats to a carol of robins. Inspired by animals I encounter in daily life, along with fond memories from past travels, each design was drawn in my Kamakura studio.
The calendar is lovingly letterpress-printed in Japan, and our signature solid oak stands are handcrafted by our friends at Dard Hunter Studios in Ohio.
Bonus feature: At year’s end, simply cut along the dotted line on the back of each calendar page to create a correspondence card to send to family and friends. A set of 12 matching envelopes is included.
