Our “Kale Flower” blockprint is an ode to this mighty vegetable. Even during the dead of winter, the bright purple kale flowers brighten up our gardens. Packed with vitamins and minerals, these wonderful winer vegetables fortify our bodies and lift up our spirit!

The “Kale Flower” print is made from 7 hand-carved linoleum blocks. Designed by Yoshiko Yamamoto, the keyblock was carved by Yoshiko and all the color blocks by Taylor Cox at the Arts & Crafts Press. In a signed edition of 198 copies, using Rives BFK paper, mould-made in France. Printed on our Vandercook (Model 4) letterpress printing press.

Our block print frames are made by Dard Hunter Studios in Ohio using quarter-sawn white oak. Mortise-and-tenon edges, Craftsman Oak finish, Fern/Summer Mat.
